This website

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA as closely as possible: semantic HTML, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alternative text, accessible forms with clear error messages, and support for reduced-motion preferences. It's designed to work with screen readers and at high zoom levels.

Getting into the clinic

Rather than a general promise, here is what's actually here:

• Parking: free parking on site, including an accessible parking spot.
• Getting to the door: a ramp runs up from the sidewalk, so you don't need to manage a curb or step to reach the entrance.
• Doors: push-button automatic doors, and the doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.
• Washroom: our washroom is wheelchair accessible, and also has a push-button door.
• If you feel faint: we keep water and juice in a fridge on hand — say the word at the front desk or from the chair, at any point in your visit.

If there's an accommodation that would make your visit easier and it isn't listed here, call or text (519) 474-0220 before your appointment and we'll arrange it. You're not putting us out by asking.
